The Caring in Action Employee Appeal is an annual employee-driven campaign. Each spring, employees donate by payroll deduction, cash or check to the H.O.P.E. (Helping Out People in Emergencies) Fund that is housed in the Grandview Foundation. This project directly supports employees of both Grandview and Southview Hospitals and affiliated health centers who have a financial crisis and is a tangible way of employees reaching out to their 'family' of fellow co-workers. All money raised is deposited directly into the H.O.P.E. Fund and directly benefits employees who have discussed their financial need with the Employee Assistance Program Coordinator.
